Grayscale applies to convert its Near trust into an ETF fund

Grayscale has submitted an S-1 filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, seeking to convert the Grayscale Near Trust into a Grayscale Near Trust ETF. Currently, the trust's shares are traded on the OTCQB market under the ticker symbol "GSNR".

Once the registration statement attached to its prospectus becomes effective, the trust intends to list these shares on the NYSE Arca, with the ticker symbol remaining "GSNR".
