DefiLlama acquires crypto OTC data provider Bulletin

The well-known DeFi data platform DefiLlama announced the acquisition of the crypto OTC data provider Bulletin, which will enable the company to offer more refined secondary market valuation data for private cryptocurrency companies.

It is reported that Bulletin is an OTC trading data company that aggregates data from multiple over-the-counter brokers, aiming to connect buyers and sellers of crypto company stocks and tokens. It was founded by David Mirzadeh, the Chief Operating Officer of the NEAR Foundation, in 2023.
