Coinbase and Crypto ISAC expand cooperation to share highly credible threat intelligence information

Coinbase announced an expanded partnership with the U.S. Crypto Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Crypto ISAC) to enhance the security of the financial ecosystem, and will share high-confidence threat intelligence information with the agency to identify, prevent, and mitigate attacks.

At the same time, Coinbase stated that it would support appropriate cooperation with law enforcement when investigations are needed, but clarified that the shared data does not include Coinbase customer data, only covering valuable threat intelligence information and indicators. It is reported that current members of Crypto ISAC also include crypto companies such as Circle, Consensys, Phantom, and Fireblocks.
