It is reported that Relay Chain is an underlying infrastructure specifically designed for cross-chain settlement and exchange. This architecture aims to address the issue of liquidity fragmentation, achieving per-order settlement (not batch packaging) at extremely low costs, significantly reducing transaction delays and costs while improving capital efficiency.
