U.S. stock index futures turned higher, with Nasdaq futures up 0.4%

According to Gate market data, the three major U.S. stock index futures have all turned positive, with Nasdaq futures up 0.4%, S&P 500 index futures up 0.3%, and Dow futures up 0.1%. Previously, Nasdaq futures had fallen more than 1.6% at one point.
