An address containing 1,430 ETH that was pre-mined has been activated after being dormant for over 10 years

According to Whale Alert monitoring, a dormant pre-mined address containing 1,430 ETH (worth $2,812,968) has just been activated after 10.6 years of dormancy (these ETH were worth only $443 in 2015).
