Empery Digital resells 55 bitcoins, reducing its BTC holdings to 2,934 coins

According to a report by businesswire, Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company Empery Digital disclosed that it sold 55 Bitcoins at an average price of $70,560 last week, generating total proceeds of approximately $3.9 million, and its total Bitcoin holdings have decreased to 2,934 coins.

In addition, the company also disclosed that it has spent approximately $147 million to repurchase 25,805,396 shares of common stock, and will continue to sell Bitcoins as needed to fund future stock repurchases and possibly repay some outstanding debt.
