Simon Gerovich, CEO of the Japanese Bitcoin financial company Metaplanet, tweeted that BTC Yield is the company's most important KPI, and the core goal of the company's capital allocation is to maximize shareholders' BTC Yield. When the modified net asset value (mNAV) is below 1 times, repurchasing the company's stock may be one of the effective means to enhance BTC Yield, and the lower the mNAV, the more significant the enhancement effect. The company will continue to regard stock repurchase as an important capital allocation option.

However, it also emphasized that the actual execution of the repurchase must strictly comply with insider trading regulations and monthly disclosure obligations, so it will not comment on specific implementation timing or circumstances before appropriate disclosures are made.
