Eightco: Total assets reach 406 million USD, holding equity in OpenAI, 16,000 ETH, and 283 million WLD

According to Chainwire, Nasdaq-listed company Eightco Holdings Inc. (stock code: ORBS) announced its latest asset structure as of June 10, 2026, with a total holding size of approximately $406 million.

The specific composition includes: approximately $90 million in OpenAI equity held indirectly through SPV, $18 million in Beast Industries equity, $1 million in Mythical Games equity, 16,278 ETH, 283,452,700 WLD, and approximately $142 million in cash and cash equivalents.

OpenAI submitted a confidential S-1 filing on June 8. Eightco board member Thomas stated that OpenAI's future IPO will allow public investors to directly hold shares in one of the most important companies driving the transformation of artificial intelligence.
