The Hyperliquid ecological perpetual contract platform Ventuals announced on platform X that it will shut down, and the team will join another team within the Hyperliquid ecosystem, with specific information to be disclosed later. Since its launch, Ventuals has locked up over 500,000 HYPE and has a trading volume exceeding $650 million, having previously provided perpetual contract exposure for unlisted tech companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic.

Regarding the shutdown arrangements, the OPENAI and ANTHROPIC markets will respectively suspend trading on June 15 at 22:30 and 23:30, with the settlement prices using the TWAP of the marked prices over the past 24 hours, which are $1341.80 and $1618.90; the commodity markets such as WHEAT and SOY, as well as index markets like MAG7 and SEMIS, will gradually settle and suspend trading starting June 18. vHYPE holders can initiate redemptions after all markets have suspended, with HYPE being refunded at a 1:1 ratio along with staking rewards, expected to be credited by 10:00 on June 27 at the earliest. Ventuals also announced the termination of its points program and will not issue tokens.
