CME Group plans to sue the U.S. CFTC, questioning the legality of perpetual futures approval

Terence Duffy, the outgoing CEO of the CME Group, stated that the company will sue the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on Thursday because the latter approved the prediction market platform Kalshi to launch Bitcoin perpetual futures products.
