According to Fortune, Theodore Gillibrand, the son of New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, has completed a $30 million financing round, with the company valued at approximately $300 million. They plan to launch a derivatives trading platform named American Perpetuals Exchange Corp. (APEC).
