Blockchain Digital Infrastructure raises an additional $8.25 million through a public offering of common stock

U.S. stock-listed digital infrastructure developer and operator Blockchain Digital Infrastructure announced that it has raised an additional $8.25 million through a public offering of common stock. Investors purchased an additional 4,999,999 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $1.65 per share. The new funds are intended to support its artificial intelligence hosting and high-performance computing workloads, among other businesses.
