Coinbase has obtained the MiCA license from Luxembourg and will use Luxembourg as its EU business headquarters
According to the official announcement, Luxembourg has officially become the registered location of Coinbase under the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) framework (MiCA Home). In the future, Coinbase will use Luxembourg as its EU business center to provide compliant crypto asset services to users in EU member states.
