Securitize's tokenized AUM in the second quarter reached 4.3 billion USD, with revenue down 5% year-on-year

Securitize, a tokenization platform, announced its Q2 2026 financial report. The report shows that the average tokenized asset under management reached a record $4.3 billion in the quarter, a year-on-year increase of 16%, with approximately $1 billion in new tokenized assets added during the period. The aggregated trading volume reached $5.3 billion, a year-on-year increase of 147%. The asset management scale of the fund services business is approximately $24.3 billion, serving 663 active funds.

The company's total revenue decreased by 5% year-on-year to $14.4 million, with revenue from the tokenization business falling by 12% to $7.8 million, while revenue from the asset services business grew by 3% to $6.6 million. The net loss widened to $21.7 million, and adjusted EBITDA turned from a profit of $1.8 million in the same period last year to a loss of $5.5 million.

Securitize went public on the New York Stock Exchange on July 2 through a merger with Cantor Equity Partners II, with the stock ticker SECZ. The company stated that it had approximately $350 million in cash and no debt entering the third quarter.
