HTX global advisor Sun Yuchen tweeted, "I have communicated with Binance, which only involves Binance users in the UK and EU. HTX itself does not operate in the UK and EU. We are also in ongoing settlement negotiations with UK and EU regulatory authorities. If any users are affected by this settlement negotiation, they can always reach out to HTX customer service, and we will coordinate a solution."
