Strategy did not increase its Bitcoin holdings last week, raised $333.7 million through ATMs, and repurchased STRC preferred shares

According to the 8-K document submitted by Strategy to the U.S. SEC, the company did not purchase Bitcoin from August 10 to 16, 2026, maintaining a position of 840,447 coins, with a total holding cost of approximately $6.336 billion and an average cost of about $75,385.

During the same period, the company sold MSTR common stock through its ATM program, raising approximately $333.7 million in net proceeds, part of which was used to replenish dollar reserves, repurchase STRC preferred stock, and pay STRC dividends. As of August 16, the company's dollar reserve balance was $4.8 billion, a decrease of about $200 million from the previous week.
