Meikaman De has passed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange hearing, becoming the first unicorn company in the Xiong'an New Area
Mech-Mind (Xiong'an) Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. passed the listing hearing on August 16 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first company to be declared and pass the hearing from Xiong'an. The company was founded by a Tsinghua overseas returnee team in 2016 and will relocate its registered office to Xiong'an in 2024, making it the first unicorn enterprise in the Xiong'an New Area.
Mech-Mind is positioned as "AI + 3D Vision + Robotics," independently developing the Mech-GPT multimodal large model and the "Eye-Brain-Hand" full-stack technology system. By 2025, it is expected to hold the top position in the global AI + 3D vision-guided general-purpose intelligent robot components market with a 22.1% share. From 2023 to 2025, revenue is projected to increase from 181 million yuan to 389 million yuan, with adjusted net losses narrowing to 109 million yuan and overseas revenue accounting for 50.3%.
The company has deployed over 27,000 units, with clients including CATL, BYD, Toyota, BMW, and others. Previously, it received investments from Qiming Venture Partners, Intel Capital, Meituan, IDG, Sequoia China, and other institutions.
