Centrifuge connects to the Symbiotic liquidity network, providing instant liquidity in USDC for a $1.6 billion tokenized fund
According to Cointelegraph, the asset tokenization platform Centrifuge announced the integration of the Liquid Lane liquidity network launched by Symbiotic, providing on-chain liquidity support for its three tokenized funds, covering fund products with an asset management scale of approximately $1.6 billion.
This integration involves JAAA (AAA-rated mortgage bond strategy fund) under Janus Henderson, JTRSY (short-term U.S. Treasury strategy fund), and HYB (U.S. high-yield corporate bond fund) under New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM). Through Symbiotic Liquid Lane, eligible fund holders can exchange fund tokens for USDC via the on-chain request for quote (RFQ) market, achieving instant liquidity.
This mechanism allows market makers to access funds from the liquidity vault to meet investor redemption demands, and then redeem fund tokens from the issuer or sell them in other RFQ transactions. Centrifuge stated that this solution separates investors' instant access to USDC liquidity from traditional fund redemption processes, enabling tokenized funds to better adapt to the trading demands of on-chain financial markets.
