Trump meets with the chairs of the SEC and CFTC, as well as executives from multiple cryptocurrency and traditional financial firms at the White House
According to CoinDesk, U.S. President Trump met with SEC Chairman Atkins, CFTC Chairman Selig, and executives from Coinbase, Ripple, Gemini, Polymarket, Kalshi, Nasdaq, NYSE, CME, and DTCC at the White House.
The meeting was to prepare for the inaugural CFTC Innovation Advisory Committee meeting held on Thursday, discussing topics related to regulatory innovation.
