Changxin Technology: Full exercise of the overallotment option in the initial public offering

Changxin Technology announced that the overallotment option for its initial public offering and listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board has been fully exercised, corresponding to an additional issuance of 1.003 billion shares, increasing the total share capital to 67.884 billion shares.

Since the stock price during the exercise period was higher than the issue price of 8.66 yuan per share, China International Capital Corporation, as the authorized joint lead underwriter for this issuance, did not use the funds obtained from the overallotment to buy back the issued shares from the secondary market through competitive trading.
