Arbitrum: Robinhood Chain did not experience downtime yesterday, only a delay in batch releases

Arbitrum issued a clarification stating that Robinhood Chain did not experience downtime today. Due to the impact of L1 market Blob behavior, Robinhood Chain experienced delays in batch publishing, but user-initiated transactions were not affected by the delays.

Arbitrum stated that some infrastructure service providers relying on data streams from Robinhood Chain experienced temporary performance impacts due to a high number of subscribed data sources. Currently, Robinhood Chain continues to operate normally.
