Lianhe Zaobao: Singapore F1 event week flight bookings decreased by 22.92% year-on-year

According to the United Morning Post, as of early September, ticket bookings for the 2026 Singapore F1 race weekend have decreased by 22.92% year-on-year. As of September 21, the hotel booking rate for the race long weekend is about 14% lower than the same booking period last year.

Industry players believe that this year's event coincides with China's National Day Golden Week, and the return of the Malaysian Sepang Circuit after nine years, which takes place the week before, may divert some of the crowd. At the same time, TOKEN2049 Singapore will be held at Marina Bay Sands from October 7 to 8, with officials expecting to attract over 25,000 attendees.
