Ansem: PUMP can be valued according to L1 logic, optimistic about pump.fun becoming a super application in this round cycle
Cryptocurrency trader Ansem posted on platform X, stating that the market has not yet fully priced in the potential of pump.fun to evolve into a similar L1 underlying infrastructure. In the future, other token issuance platforms may be built directly on top of pump.fun.
Ansem pointed out that the market currently pays little attention to the creator fee sharing paid to token creators by pump.fun. This amount is close to a 1:1 ratio with the platform's revenue, meaning that for every approximately 500 million dollars in revenue generated by the platform, token creators can receive about 500 million dollars in creator fee sharing after the token completes the bonding curve phase. Therefore, the related teams have strong motivation to continue building products on pump.fun.
He believes that this economic structure may be superior to traditional L1, as pump.fun can not only collect fees from various token issuance platforms but also earn fees from every token issued by these platforms. With the introduction of features like custom trading pairs and Callout Rewards, the market may gradually adopt a similar L1 logic for valuing PUMP.
Ansem also stated that he is highly optimistic about the investment logic of pump.fun developing into a "super app" in this market cycle.
