According to Globenewswire, the stablecoin payment infrastructure company Noah announced the completion of a $38 million seed round financing, with participation from Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital, and several well-known angel investors.

The new funds will be used to expand international remittance services, develop regulatory frameworks, and provide cross-border payment services based on stablecoins for businesses and individuals.
