Ansem: Capturing the right rotation is as important as timely profit-taking; only by achieving compound interest can profits be retained

Crypto trader Ansem posted about one of the biggest lessons learned from years of trading cryptocurrencies.

He stated that catching the right rotation in trading is just the first step; what truly determines whether you can keep the profits is whether you can take profits in a timely manner and compound them. In 2017, he made a lot of money trading altcoins, but much of it was through rotation trading, giving back profits and returning to square one.

From 2020 to 2021, he showed significant improvement, being able to identify narratives earlier, rotating between SOL, LUNA, and AVAX, and compounding profits from different trades. Recognizing opportunities early and knowing when to take profits are equally important skills.
