Morgan Stanley: Will support tokenized stocks on alternative trading systems in the first quarter of 2027

According to The Block, Morgan Stanley's Head of Digital Asset Strategy, Amy Oldenburg, stated that Morgan Stanley expects to start supporting tokenized stocks on its Alternative Trading System (ATS) in the first quarter of 2027, which is later than the previously announced plan for the second half of 2026.

"The first quarter may be more realistic, as it can align with other activities in the broader ecosystem, but the team is undoubtedly actively advancing the relevant construction work."
