The corporate expense management platform Ramp has launched the all-employee AI workspace Glass

Ramp, the corporate expense management platform, co-founder and co-CEO Eric Glyman announced on October 13 the launch of the AI workspace Glass for the entire company. Glyman stated that providing the best models and the most tokens to every employee does not equate to becoming an AI-native company. He mentioned that in one week in May 2026, Ramp consumed $1.5 million in tokens, after which a small team transformed the environment built by the employees who were best at using AI into a work method available to all.

Glass advocates starting from the existing knowledge of the company rather than from a blank conversation. As of the announcement, 323 employees have edited the content in Glass over 6,500 times. In terms of feature requests, there were about 300 entries that needed to be manually input into Salesforce each month; after a client manager stored prompts in Glass in May, they now capture about 20,000 entries per month and have sent out over 5,000 emails regarding the features requested by clients. The product supports integration with company knowledge from Linear, Notion, Google, Slack, Gong, etc., allowing multiple people to collaborate in the same session. After migrating its own work, Ramp's billing decreased by 30%, and it is currently opening up for the first batch of enterprises.
