Bitcoin treasury company Strive today submitted an 8-K filing disclosing that from October 12 to October 13, it increased its holdings by 2,822 bitcoins at an average price of approximately $83,266 per coin.

This acquisition cost $235 million, increasing its bitcoin holdings to 35,600 coins.
