Tencent Cloud WorkBuddy announces DeepSeek anomaly compensation

The Tencent Cloud WorkBuddy and CodeBuddy teams released a notice regarding "Explanation of DeepSeek Model Service Abnormalities and Compensation Announcement." In response to the previous abnormalities in the DeepSeek model service, the team will fully refund the points consumed by affected users during the period from October 8 to 14.

The announcement also offers an additional 500 points to all users of the domestic versions of WorkBuddy and CodeBuddy. Previously, DeepSeek apologized for the service system failure and announced a compensation plan, stating that the consumption amount of affected user accounts within 7 days (from October 8 to 14) will be fully refunded in the form of bonus points.
