吴忌寒:欧洲光伏发电已超系统灵活性承载能力,比特币挖矿可充当“最后买家”

ChainCatcher 消息,吴忌寒在 X 平台发文表示,欧洲当前的太阳能问题已不再只是增加发电量,而是缺乏足够的灵活电力需求来消纳过剩能源,其援引能源研究机构 Pexapark 最新分析称欧洲光伏“自我蚕食”现象正在迅速恶化。

吴忌寒指出,欧洲太阳能部署速度已超过电网系统灵活性建设速度,除储能、电网扩建和需求响应外,欧洲还应重视可中断负载(interruptible loads),包括比特币挖矿及其他计算负载,这类负载可在电力充裕时启动、电网紧张时关闭,从而成为可再生能源过剩电力的“最后买家”,减少弃电、改善光伏项目收益,并提升发电与电网基础设施投资的盈利能力和融资可行性。
