台积电 A16 1.6nm 工艺预计 2026 年四季度量产

ChainCatcher 消息,据 Liberty Times 等媒体报道,台积电已完成 angstrom 级 A16(1.6nm)制程的开发与验证,预计将于 2026 年第四季度进入大规模量产。该工艺采用台积电背面供电网络技术 Super Power Rail(SPR),将信号布线与电源布线分离,电源位于晶圆背面,以减少瓶颈。

与 2nm 工艺相比,A16 据称可提升 8% 至 10% 的计算速度,降低 15% 至 20% 的能耗,并提高 8% 至 10% 的芯片密度。台积电将 1.6nm 工艺视为迈向 1.4nm 的过渡步骤,目标是在 2028 年开始 1.4nm 量产。
