ChainCatcher news, Hermès' trademark infringement case against digital artist Mason Rothschild regarding NFTs will go to trial on January 30. Hermès filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York a year ago, claiming that the "MetaBirkin" NFTs launched and sold by Mason Rothschild violate trademark law, as the related NFT digital images are based on Hermès' most iconic Birkin handbag.
