Aleph Zero releases testnet 11.1 and launches a new version of the wallet

ChainCatcher news, Layer1 privacy-enhanced blockchain [Aleph Zero](https://www.rootdata.com/zh/Projects/detail/Aleph Zero?k=Mjc5) has released testnet 11.1 and launched a new version of the Aleph Zero wallet azero.dev.

Testnet 11.1 includes feature updates such as split committee, reason synchronization mechanism, in addition to bug fixes and improvements, requiring validators to update their nodes as soon as possible. The update for Aleph Wallet 8.2 includes multi-signature support and user interface improvements. The testnet 11.1 and Aleph Wallet 8.2 updates are applicable to both mainnet and testnet.
