ChainCatcher news, shareholders of the Bitcoin mining company Marathon Digital have filed a lawsuit against the company's top management in the U.S. District Court for Nevada, accusing Marathon Digital CEO Fred Thiel and other executives of violating the Securities Exchange Act, breaching fiduciary duties, unjust enrichment, and wasting company assets.
