Insiders: Anthropic plans to raise $750 million in a venture round led by Menlo Ventures

According to ChainCatcher, informed sources reveal that the artificial intelligence company Anthropic is in talks to raise $750 million in a round of venture capital led by Menlo Ventures. Excluding this investment, the two-year-old AI startup is valued at $15 billion, more than three times its valuation from this spring. This round of investment has not yet been finalized. According to a third informed source, the final price could be as high as $18 billion.
