Franklin Templeton, VanEck, and Invesco Galaxy submit revised S-1 filings for Ethereum spot ETFs
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, on Friday Franklin Templeton, VanEck, and Invesco Galaxy submitted revised Ethereum spot ETF S-1 forms to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). According to the documents submitted, Franklin Templeton plans to charge a fee of 0.19%. VanEck stated in its latest revised S-1 document that the company has secured $100,000 in seed funding. Invesco Galaxy added in its latest revised S-1 document that BNY Mellon will act as the cash custodian, while Coinbase Custody Trust Company will serve as the Ethereum custodian.
