ChainCatcher news, according to X user SummersThings, the 19b-4 forms for the VanEck and 21Shares Solana ETF appear to have been removed from the CBOE website. The documents SR-CboeBZX-2024-066 and SR-CboeBZX-2024-067 are no longer accessible via direct links and are no longer visible in the BZX Pending Rule Changes.

Both applications were submitted on July 8, but the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has never issued a notice of application regarding these submissions.
