ChainCatcher news, the Utah Blockchain and Digital Innovation Amendment has been submitted for Senate approval. If passed, this will allow the state to invest 10% of state funds in Bitcoin and other digital assets. Utah remains ahead in the state reserve bill race, followed by Arizona and Oklahoma.
