ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Raydium core contributor InfraRAY responded to rumors that Pump.Fun may launch its own AMM.

InfraRAY posted on the X platform stating that if Pump.Fun completely abandons Raydium, it would be a "strategic misjudgment," and questioned whether it could replicate existing success. He pointed out that if Pump.Fun shifts to a new AMM, it may face multiple risks such as insufficient infrastructure, low demand for token migration, and inadequate trading volume in the initial launch phase.

Regarding whether it will launch its own AMM, Pump.Fun co-founder Alon Cohen declined to comment.
