ChainCatcher news, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes commented on the event "Trump announces plans to advance cryptocurrency strategic reserves," stating, "There's nothing new, just talk. Let me know when they get congressional approval for borrowing or raise the gold price again. Without these, they have no money to buy Bitcoin and altcoins. Of course, I'm not bearish, I still maintain a bullish outlook. But I won't be buying more tokens at this point."
