Data: CMC Altcoin Season Index falls to 13, hitting a new annual low

ChainCatcher news, according to Coinmarketcap data, the Altcoin Season Index is currently at 13, marking the lowest annual level since September 3, 2024, a significant drop from last month's 43 points.

The Altcoin Index has been on a downward trend since reaching an annual high of 87 points on December 4, 2024. This index shows that in the past 90 days, only 13 projects among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization have outperformed Bitcoin.
