The regulation of stablecoin issuance is similar to the regulation of similar financial institutions, specifically:
First, the issuer itself needs to have capital;
Second, if the issuer exchanges money with stablecoin holders, the reserves must at all times be no less than the value of the unredeemed stablecoins behind it;
Third, if stablecoin holders want to exchange back to their local currency with the issuer, it must be completed within one trading day, one business day, or one working day.
Binance Alpha has launched Avail (AVAIL)
According to the official announcement, Binance Alpha has launched Avail (AVAIL).
This Alpha airdrop will be distributed in two phases:
Phase one (first 18 hours): Users holding at least 243 Alpha points can claim.
Phase two (next 6 hours): Users holding at least 199 Alpha points can participate in the second phase airdrop, first come first served, with each person receiving 2667 AVAIL tokens until the airdrop pool is exhausted or the event ends.
