Bit Digital's AI infrastructure company Whitefiber seeks to raise $132.8 million in an IPO
ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, the artificial intelligence infrastructure subsidiary Whitefiber Inc. of the cryptocurrency asset management company Bit Digital Inc. is seeking to raise $132.8 million through an initial public offering (IPO).
According to documents submitted by the company to the SEC on Tuesday, it plans to issue 7.8 million shares at a price of $15 to $17 per share. If priced at the upper end of the range, Whitefiber's market capitalization will reach $592.6 million, and the IPO pricing is expected to be determined in the week of August 4.
