ECR Minerals, a UK gold exploration and development company, announced the adoption of a treasury management strategy involving Bitcoin and digital assets. The board believes that currency management is central to the company's financial planning and plans to allocate up to 50% of the free cash flow from gold production for the purchase of Bitcoin as a long-term financial reserve. Additionally, no more than 50% of the company's surplus cash may be used to purchase BTC.
