Community users: The Bitcoin mining platform Bitroo has been suspended for nearly a year and a half, and users still cannot withdraw their funds

ChainCatcher news, the Bitcoin hash power leasing and resale platform Bitroo has been experiencing abnormal withdrawal operations since April 2024, as reported by official community users, and users are still unable to withdraw normally, resulting in a large amount of user funds being frozen.

According to community users, Bitroo issued an official email statement in March 2025, stating that due to unexpected issues with upstream cooperative mining farms, the hash power leasing and mining machine hosting services have been suspended. The platform stated that it will proceed with account settlements according to the agreement and fully refund user investments.
