This follows the earlier disclosure of the seizure of $14.1 billion worth of Bitcoin, indicating that the U.S. government may have additionally seized $2.4 billion worth of Bitcoin from Chen Zhi.

Currently, these Bitcoins are stored in wallet addresses that have not been approved and are not mentioned in any court documents. The related operation may be an officially unannounced seizure action.
