ChainCatcher news, BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes posted on X that Bitcoin is currently "on sale," and warned that if the turmoil among regional banks in the U.S. escalates into a systemic crisis, the government may implement financial rescue measures similar to those in 2023. He stated that he is ready to "buy the dip" after the rescue and encouraged investors to consider opportunities in the crypto market when they have idle funds.
