Metaplanet will issue $150 million in Class B perpetual preferred stock to continue increasing its Bitcoin holdings
According to the official announcement, the Japanese Bitcoin crypto treasury company Metaplanet has announced the issuance of $150 million Class B perpetual preferred shares, with a fixed dividend rate of 4.9% and a conversion price of 1,000 yen, which will be used to continue increasing its Bitcoin holdings.
