According to Bloomberg, a fraud victim will have a new opportunity to sue Binance Holdings Inc. in state court, accusing it of involvement in the theft of $80 million worth of Bitcoin. The Florida appellate court ruled on Wednesday.

The Florida Third District Court of Appeal noted in its ruling that the lower court incorrectly believed it could not exercise personal jurisdiction over Binance, while the case alleges that the cryptocurrency exchange failed to continue freezing the stolen funds.
